IRS ON X1 / THE SIMPLE VERSION

Hold IRS.
Share the XNT.

Hold IRS in your wallet to earn eligible XNT payouts—no vault deposit required. IRS transfer taxes are sold for XNT: half funds holder rewards and half funds gradual IRS buybacks.

A live experiment, not a fixed product. Clout tinkers daily and retains admin and upgrade powers. Rules can change, rewards are not guaranteed, and funds can be lost. Understand the risks →

01 / HOLD

Get holder payouts

Just hold eligible IRS in your wallet—no staking or vault deposit needed. The keeper sends XNT on its payout schedule, subject to eligibility and available rewards.

02 / OPTIONAL VAULT

Use REFUND VAULT

Pool IRS with other depositors. Their vault entry/exit fees can grow your IRS position and the shared locked reserve. The whole vault earns eligible XNT, including the locked IRS, for depositors to share.

How taxes become rewards

FOLLOW THE MONEY

One flow. Two destinations.

1

IRS tax collected

Withheld IRS is harvested into the collector. It is still IRS—not XNT.

2

Sold in small batches

The keeper targets tax collection and sales every five minutes, under the same sale-size, price and liquidity limits. Unsold IRS stays in the collector.

50%

XNT to holders

Each sale records eligible holders’ shares. Credits accumulate for daily payment.

50%

IRS buybacks

XNT is reserved and slowly buys IRS into the keeper’s reward-eligible holdings.

DEV WALLET ONLY

Fund Tax Inventory

Move your wallet’s IRS directly into the keeper’s selling inventory.

Connect the dev wallet ending ANZa. Other wallets cannot use this funding control.

The keeper sells in batches when price, liquidity and gas checks pass. This does not deposit into the REFUND VAULT.

    How the slow-release schedule works

The current reserve targets spending over 14 days from the October 10 reset. Each new allocation gets its own 14-day deadline; it never resets older funds. The keeper checks for buys at least two hours apart, targeting up to 12 daily. Unspent scheduled amounts carry forward, but each buy remains capped at 0.5% of pool XNT reserves and 10 XNT, with at most 0.5% quoted price impact. Normal minimum: 0.25 XNT; an expired final tail may be smaller only if network fees stay within 1%. Price, gas and liquidity checks can extend completion; tiny uneconomical dust remains reserved.

October 6: the operator supplied 5,000,000 IRS gross to the collector (4,750,000 immediately spendable; 250,000 withheld by the 5% tax), plus a separate 150-XNT buyback allocation. These are historical contributions, not today’s reserve balances.

    RISKS & RETAINED CONTROL

    Read the actual rules +

Minting and freezing permanently revoked. No additional IRS can be minted and the freeze authority is removed. Metadata, tax settings and program upgrades remain admin-controlled. Curve pause does not pause independent XDEX trades. Burned launch LP does not remove these powers.

Rewards aren’t guaranteed. The 50/50 split is an off-chain keeper policy, not an immutable contract rule. Each new buyback allocation targets spending within 14 days, with buys at least two hours apart. Missed spending carries forward under unchanged per-buy pool and size caps. Small amounts are batched; quoted network fees must stay within 1%. Price/slippage, gas and pool limits can extend completion beyond 14 days. Tiny uneconomical tails remain reserved. Unspent budgets remain reserved. Selling and rebuying incurs transfer taxes, pool fees and network costs and does not create outside yield. IRS sales create selling pressure. Swap fees, transfer taxes and slippage reduce proceeds. Snapshots and tax custody are admin-controlled. The keeper currently needs the operator’s Mac online.

Independent parody, not a government service. IRS on X1 is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by the Internal Revenue Service, U.S. Treasury, or any government agency. Token fees are not government taxes; XNT rewards are not tax refunds and do not satisfy tax obligations. This software has not had an independent security audit. No guaranteed yield or returns.

    NEW / PUBLIC EXPERIMENT

A separate place to stake your IRS

Your wallet balance stays separate from your deposited IRS. The vault shares received XNT among stakers, including rewards earned by its locked reserve.

3% entry/exit · 5% XNT claim fee. Existing IRS token transfer tax also applies. Upgrade and admin authority retained. Public deposits open. Unfinished and high risk; small experimental amounts only. Mainnet reward delivery is being tested; no guaranteed yield.

IRS’s existing 5% transfer tax applies separately, including liquidity deposits and withdrawals. No extra custom LP entry/exit fee. LP fees grow backing but do not guarantee profit; LP value can fall.

Control, locked minimum shares and fund separation

The operator owns the transferable LP tokens; they are not locked. A permanent 0.000001 virtual LP share floor is nonredeemable and prevents a zero-share pool after external LP burns. Program upgrade and pool pause authority remain with the operator. Experimental and not independently audited.

The pool is excluded from future IRS holder rewards because it cannot distribute them. Existing holder credits are preserved. REFUND VAULT remains eligible. Owner liquidity uses only ordinary IRS holdings and unreserved XNT—not user principal, locked vault funds, collector inventory, holder credits or buyback reserves. Moving owner IRS into LP changes its wallet balance and future reward share.

A separate, capped arbitrage pilot trades only when its cost and minimum-profit checks pass; trades and profits are not guaranteed. This pool is not integrated with XDEX routing. Website trading controls elsewhere still use XDEX, not this custom pool.
